Spazmatics

To be featured at The Black & Gold Gala are The Spazmatics, a 1980s new wave and pop tribute band that makes playing 80s cover tunes accompanied by throwback jargon and goofy dance routines a professional career. The Spazmatics are marketed as ‘nerds that rock,’ and they make it all right to embrace your inner nerd and allow viewers to travel back in time to a period when dancing wasn’t so serious and song lyrics weren’t so grim.
